You don’t need to know what care you need before you contact us. Start with your questions, and we’ll talk about the way forward.
Before your first visit
A conversation. Not a commitment.
Your first inquiry is a chance to ask questions and discuss an appointment—not a decision to begin treatment.
Dr. Jeff manages his schedule personally, and appointment availability varies. Call the office to discuss a time and confirm what your initial visit will involve. There is no automated online booking or electronic patient-record submission on this site.
If you feel nervous about chiropractic care, let the office know. Your comfort level and concerns are important parts of the conversation.
Call with a question or to discuss an appointment.
02
Be heard
Share your concerns, comfort level, and goals.
03
Understand your care
Discuss the recommended approach and ask questions.
04
Receive individual care
Move forward with a plan suited to you, if appropriate.
05
Check in together
Review your progress and talk about next steps.
This is an overview, not a fixed clinical protocol. The office will explain your actual visit, evaluation, paperwork and next steps.
Understand the financial side
Clear information. Fewer surprises.
Ask about current fees and your insurance benefits before starting care.
01 / Direct payment
A primarily cash-based practice
Payment is made directly to Seabright Family Chiropractic. The practice is not in-network with insurance companies. Please contact the office to confirm current fees, accepted payment methods, and the payment arrangements for your care.
02 / Your insurance plan
Potential reimbursement
If your individual plan covers chiropractic care, you may be eligible to submit an out-of-network claim. A superbill can be provided to support that process. Your insurer determines coverage, documentation requirements, deductibles, and reimbursement.
03 / A useful question
Check before you schedule
Ask your insurer whether your plan covers out-of-network chiropractic care, what claim form or documents it requires, and what amount it may reimburse. A superbill is not a guarantee that a claim will be paid.
A superbill is an itemized receipt. It contains information that may help your insurer review a claim. You submit it independently; coverage and reimbursement are never guaranteed by the practice.
Care after a motor vehicle accident
The practice may work with attorneys representing clients after a motor vehicle accident, including possible treatment arrangements on a lien basis managed through a law firm. Contact the office and your attorney to discuss whether such an arrangement is available and what applies to your situation. No specific legal or payment terms are offered through this website. If you've been in an auto accident and haven't retained an attorney yet, reach out to us first. We can connect you with trusted attorneys we work with.
It’s okay to ask
Your questions, answered.
A few helpful starting points. For anything specific to you, please speak with the practice.
No. You can simply explain that you have questions about care. Dr. Jeff can discuss your concerns and evaluate which options, if any, are appropriate for you. You do not need to choose a treatment from the website.
What if I’m worried about an adjustment?+
That's completely normal. Start by telling Dr. Jeff about your concerns, and you can talk them through before anything happens. There are many gentle techniques available, and an adjustment isn't always required.
Can I book a confirmed appointment online?+
Not at this time. Dr. Jeff manages scheduling personally, and availability varies. Call the office to discuss a request. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the practice agrees on a time with you.
What should I prepare before contacting the office?+
Think about your goals and any questions you'd like to ask. Our new patient paperwork is brief, about one page. Wear relaxed, comfortable clothing you can move in. Do not send medical records or sensitive health details through this website.
Does the practice take insurance?+
The practice is primarily cash-based and is not in-network with insurance plans. You pay the practice directly. If your plan covers chiropractic care, a superbill may help you seek potential reimbursement; your insurer determines eligibility and payment.
How much does care cost?+
Please call for current fees and payment details before scheduling. No price or new-patient promotion has been confirmed for this website. Your recommended services and visit plan will be discussed individually.
A conversation is a good place to start
Your first step can be a conversation.
You don’t need to have all the answers before you reach out. Tell us what matters to you, ask your questions, and take the next step at your own pace.
